There is significant evidence that modern lifestyles and manufacturing are causing global climate change.

There is significant evidence that climate change is happening and can be attributed to our activities - manufacturing, travel and use of energy to heat our homes and provide the energy needed for our fridges, washing machines, TV sets and other appliances.

The average temperature of the earth's surface has risen by 0.74°C since the late 1800s. Over the same period our use of energy, one of the main sources of greenhouse gases, has grown enormously.
